All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

If there is a high volume of orders or unforeseen delays, shipment may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will contact you via email or phone.


2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India through our trusted courier partners.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

If you are located outside India and wish to purchase Aura Peak products, please contact us at support@aurapeak.com — we’ll do our best to assist.


3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, and external factors like weather or public holidays.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification containing the tracking number and courier details.
You can use this information to track your package directly on the courier partner’s website.


5. Delayed or Lost Packages

In rare cases, shipping delays can occur due to courier issues or unforeseen circumstances.
If your order is delayed or appears lost, please contact us at support@aurapeak.com with your order number — we’ll help track and resolve the issue promptly.

Aura Peak is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer

  • Unavailability of the customer during delivery attempts

  • Natural disasters or transportation disruptions


6. Order Modifications

Once an order has been processed or shipped, modifications (address change, product change, or cancellation) may not be possible.
Please contact our support team immediately after placing the order if you need to make changes.


7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items:

  1. Please inspect your package upon delivery.

  2. Contact us within 48 hours with clear photos and your order number.

  3. We will investigate and arrange for a replacement or resolution as per our Return and Refund Policy.
