We want you to love every Aura Peak product you purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:

The product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

The issue is reported to us within 3 days of delivery.

The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all seals, labels, and accessories intact.
Note: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for opened or used air care, surface care, or fragrance products.
2. Products Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Used or partially used products

Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Items purchased on sale or discount (unless defective)

Gift cards and promotional items
3. Return Process
If your order meets the return eligibility, please follow these steps:

Email us at support@aurapeak.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number, clear photos/video of the product, and the reason for return.

Once verified, our customer service team will confirm the next steps and provide the return pickup details.

The product must be securely packed in its original packaging for pickup.
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
4. Refund Process
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the refund status via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
5. Replacement Policy
In cases of damaged or incorrect items, we will arrange a free replacement of the same product.
If the item is out of stock, we will offer you an alternative product of equal value or a full refund.
6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.

Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

Refunds for canceled prepaid orders (before dispatch) will be processed within 5–7 business days.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

Check your bank account again.

Contact your credit/debit card provider.
